REVIEW

Associated objects

Mitten, jar, table, photograph, or form with a documented weather event.

What we do not collect

  • Ordinary outdoor weather still performing its ordinary duties.
  • Forecasts without evidence they occurred somewhere unexpected.
  • Uncontained dangerous phenomena, active hail, or lightning longer than three seconds.
  • Clouds offered without title, custody, or a cooperative edge.
  • Weather removed from a community that still needs it.
If the phenomenon is dangerous or currently affecting a building, contact local safety services. The Museum acquisitions desk is not an emergency forecast.
